Off To The Beach For Action Week.
We travelled across the bumpy gravel, while holding our bran new flags blowing in the breeze. My house starting singing our chant. We all put a big smile on our face and walked on the soft sand getting ready to scolp. Our house animal is a shark so we were going to scope that. Lola started on a shark and others drew the shape for the shark so we could scolp around it. It was very windy and our flag was falling over when we buried it deep in the sand so we had to keep bearing it so someone just held it. We kept going and a lot of sand got in my eyes same with other people.
After we had one shark koka Leah had an idea for us to do, It was to make a train of sharks following each other. We followed with her idea. It was very fun getting our hands covered with sand while we were making the shape of the sharks. The sea had quite a courent and the waves were crashing side was fuffley. It you went and got your feet wet and cleaned your hands the sea spray off the waves would get you.
We had about five and nearly had two more made but we ran out of time. Koka Rozie and koka Leah came over and looked at ours. It was a bit disappointing because people stepped on ours before the teachers came over. The winners were Karoro and Mainai.
We travelled back to school and the bell rang. In the morning the next day I got ready for another awesome day with no school work. The End
