P.E At School
At the moment, my class been participating in P.E every single day. If you didn't know P.E is a short version for saying physical education. P.E is very good for your mental health. P.E is one of those things that there is NO restrictions on when you have to stop, e.g: you can do as much P.E as you ever could imagine, as long as your body doesn't explode with pain.
P.E can be all sorts of things, e.g: Sport, Running, Games, just anything that is out doors and that is physical for your body. I love being in the outdoor fresh air, especially with my friends & Family.
Normally after you participate in anything physical things, you need to stretch your mussels afterwards. Just so they don't get to painful for the next day / week. If your mussels get tight, that means you need to give them a good stretch. That will make you be able to do P.E the next day without any of your body hurting.
I reckon you should start / do P.E everyday or week. Or whenever you have any free time. Being out in the fresh air makes you feel fresh and good ready for your day ahead.
The End
Kia ora Betsy, I agree PE is great for your Hauora, which includes Taha Hinengaro (mental health) and am glad you love. Your blog reminds me of how much I loved (and still do) PE when I was Primary school, we played Scrag and Bullrush every morning tea and lunch. Just check your spelling next time you are writing muscles, as in the muscles we stretch, mussels are the ones we eat. What should we do for PE for the rest of the term? Nga mihi, Koka Rozie
ReplyDeleteHi Rozie,
